Griffith College and Lord Mayor offer FREE Seminars to Small Businesses in Dublin

Griffith College Dublin and Dublin’s Lord Mayor Gerry Breen are combining their efforts to offer a series of four FREE seminars to Small Businesses in Dublin City. The courses will be held on successive Tuesday evenings from 6.00pm to 8.00pm at Griffith College Dublin, 166 South Circular Road, Dublin 8, starting Tuesday 26th October 2010.

“It is a difficult time for small businesses, but they are still the backbone of the Irish economy, and when times are difficult we need to focus on doing what is right for our business and on doing it more efficiently”, says the Lord Mayor”.

The Griffith College Seminars will focus on four key areas:

• Marketing & Sales – Showing how marketing your business and product can not only increase sales now, but can also improve a firm’s chance for the future, once the recession is over. It will also stress the importance of keeping in the public eye, so customers can be confident about your business.

• eBusiness and eMarketing – About giving your business a cost effective financial advantage.

• Controlling Costs and Managing Cash Flow – The top 10 do’s and don’ts about controlling your costs and managing cash flow.

• Managing the Costs of Health and Safety at Work – Illustrating how working within health and safety regulations can and does save money.
