The South Africa “Youth Development Agency” hosted the World Federation of Democratic Youth with twin themes of “Lets defeat imperialism” and “Solidarity with North Korea”. The government spend €3.1 million and the SA national lottery spent a further £4 million on it.

Julius Malema, President of the ANC’s Youth League was a main speaker – he of Kill the Boer fame. This guy advocates following Mugabe policies in South Africa.
