Paddy Power and refuse bets on Bill Tormey

Bill Tormey 2/1 at Paddy Power.

Well on wednesday afternoon, Bill McDonald wanted to lay €400 at Paddy Power in Cardiffsbridge Road in Finglas on Bill Tormey to win a seat in election 2011 but the bet was refused.  They said that they were closing the book and that Fine Gael was goling to win a seat.  Why then are they still advertising the odds at 2/1?
