Dublin City Clampers

In 2009, clamping cost Dublin City Council €9.94 million whereas the income was €4.84 million resulting in a loss of €5.1 million. There is no public clamping system in Fingal, Dublin South and Dun Laoghaire / Rathdown councils. Time for change in the city it seems.
