Finglas Safety Forum

Welcome to new Garda Inspector Colm Murphy who told us that the Garda Commissioner has approved a second Inspector to Finglas to investigate serious crime in the area. Inspector Murphy is a St Joseph’s Fairview graduate, a school well known for FFers including Mr CJ Haughey and George Colley. He knows the area having worked in Blanchardstown and Ballymun.

There are 16 community Gardai on the beat in Flnglas. I will post names and numbers when he tells us of the redeployment.The conductor of the orchestra at the meetings is Aileen McRann who is a veteran of the successful Ballymun Safety Forum.
