Planning Enforcement to close down apartment block brothels

There seems to be a difficulty in closing down brothels in apartment blocks. I have been in recept of some indirect legal advise on the subject. The Planning Department at Dublin City Council could close them down for running a business without planning permission. There is a little bit of the Al Capone sting about that but I will get that planning enforcement in operation on the Finglas Road as soon as I can. This should be great fun.
