As well as being Centrick Property’s walking encyclopedia and speaker of most European languages (very helpful when letting to our continental clients), Phil is the head honcho of the Rent Collections team. One of the longest standing members of staff, Phil remembers a time when he was just looking after a couple of hundred monthly rental payments, now it’s a couple of thousand. But under Phil’s stewardship the effectiveness of our Rent Colletions team remains unchanged with some of the lowest arrears rates in the industry (just 2% compared to a recently quoted national average of 12%, not bad, eh?)
